At MATRIXFREEDOM our company policy is to ignore unfounded attempts to discredit us – we like to let our actions speak louder than our words – but from time to time, it becomes necessary to respond to misinformation that finds itself in the public domain.

One of our competitors is out to make mischief by twisting facts and issuing statements that are plainly libellous. We know that these statements can cause customers, and potential customers, anxiety and doubt, especially because what we are doing in the economic emancipation sector is new, and disruptive, with few set precedents.

However, we would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight.

Below is a list of false statements followed by the honest, verifiable truth:

A.) MATRIXFREEDOM is offering unregulated financial services.
FALSE: We offer no services that need regulating; we are offering education services.

B.) The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says that: ‘MATRIXFREEDOM may be providing financial services or products in the UK without our authorisation.’
TRUE: We are not regulated by the FCA because we are not offering any FCA regulated products. We have asked the FCA to make their statement clearer. A company is either providing services that need regulating by the FCA or it is not. ‘May be’, is not an option.

C.) MATRIXFREEDOM is offering to write off your mortgage and debt.
FALSE: MATRIXFREEDOM provides an education course on how to become a Secured Party Creditor (SPC), how to set up a Trust to hold reclaimed assets, how to claim your right to tax rebates and past and current mortgage refunds.

D.) MATRIXFREEDOM perpetuates ‘lies’ and ‘falsehoods’.
FALSE: This is a libellous statement, and we are currently seeking an injunction to prevent these statements being repeated.

E.) MATRIXFREEDOM is guilty of fraud.
FALSE: This is a libellous statement with no foundation. Fraud is a serious criminal offence. No one in our company has, or is, being investigated for fraud.

We recognise that some customers are frustrated that economic emancipation takes time and are frustrated that we have had to change some processes, which takes more time. We wish to reassure you that our team are highly qualified in research, legal matters and financial anomalies, and have our customers’ best interests at heart.

Our founder, Iain Clifford, makes himself available regularly at webinars and Q&A sessions.
